Overview:
It's always funny when we see an anti spyware program supported by adware! Virtual Bouncer has spread enough so that we felt the need to tell you guys to REMOVE this program and go with a free solution. Yes the paid version is pretty nice but there's plenty of free alternatives out there.

Any program that is supported by ads and lacks a privacy policy should throw some pretty big flags up! I looked around their site and even googled looking for their privacy policy and found NOTHING. If google can't even find a privacy policy they simply don't have one.

Destroy Autorun:
Delete the following keys
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run\vbouncer
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run\vbundleouterdl

Reboot your system then:

Make sure you click start --> Run and type in msconfig. Then select the startup tab. Any references to the processes below should be deleted

End Processes (may or may not exist):
antispy.exe
bundleouter.exe
vbouncerinner.exe
virtualbouncer.exe
bundleouter2501031120.exe
vbouncerouter1402030731.exe

Unregister DLLs:
Tip: this is only a list of known files/locations. You will want to do a search by the name of the file to see if they're on your system.
A while back I wrote a guide to Register/remove DLL or AX files which you will need if you don't know how to unregister these files.

Each file is in several locations so you'll need to search for them and unregister + delete them in every location you find.

chilkatzip.dll
sysfile.dll
vern32.dll

Remove Directories:
x:\Program Files\vbouncer
Search for a folder called: virtual bouncer

Clean your Registry:

You should be back to normal IF this was your only problem. I suggest you post in our HJT forum since its not likely that this is your only bug. Read this first
