Overview:
Precision Time is brought to you by Gator and is supported by the Gator ads which really suck! I suggest you use the time synchronization tool built into the more recent versions of windows or find a true freeware solution. I suggest removing this software. You should be able to find something called precisiontime under add/remove programs which belongs to this program.

Destroy Autorun:
The autorun for this is simply on the start menu in the "startup" folder. You'll want to delete that shortcut.

End Processes (may or may not exist):
installprecisiontime.exe
precisiontime.exe
unwise.exe

Remove Directories:
%commonprograms%\precisiontime
%programfiles%\precisiontime

Clean your Registry:

You should be back to normal IF this was your only problem. I suggest you post in our HJT forum since its not likely that this is your only bug. Read this first
