Defragmenting using defrag.exe

People often overlook using defrag.exe which is quicker to get to and for people like me easier than going through the Microsoft made GUI for disk defragmenting.
defrag <volume> [-a] [-f] [-v] [-?] [-b]

volume drive letter or mount point (d: or d:\vol\mountpoint)
-a Analyze only

-f Force defragmentation, even if free space is low. Normally it requires 15% of your drive to be free space.

-v Verbose output

-? Display this help text

-b Defrags the boot files only.

This will be leading up to the automated defrag... I'll write this in full detail soon.

CTRL+C at the command line will cancel the defragment process.

Here's an image to show you what it looks like. It also includes an example.
