In regedit find this key

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]

And modify or create a string value called "Window Title", change the value of this too whatever you want.

Show "shortcut too" or full url on internet explorer links

By default when you hover the mouse pointer over an internet explorer link it displays "shortcut to filenam.htm", if you want to show the full url instead copen the following key

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer]

and set the value "Show_FullURL" to 0 for showing the full url or to 1 for showing "shortcut too"

Open this key in regedit

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]

And create of modify a string value called "Enable AutoImageResize" and set it either to yes or no.
